Some page edge foxing due to age. One page has a piece of tape on it from a rip. Just a few pages have small pen marks and cooking splatters. Overall it's a nice crisp clean copy. No funky smells, markings, not x-library, no owners name. Smoke and fragrance free home. Original clear sleeve has a few little edge rips but still intact and working well to protect cover. Dust jacket has a top rip.
